Permanent Makeup Artist
MICROBLADING
Also known as Brow Embroidery or Feather Stroking, is a form of semi-permanent makeup application where hair strokes are manually drawn into the eyebrows. Pigment is implanted into the surface layer of the dermis (skin) and will typically last from 1-3 years. Not recommended for very oily skin types as hair strokes will eventually blend together over time.
POWDER BROWS
Also known as Airbrushed Brows, Stardust Brows or Borderless Brows, uses a digital machine to implant pigment into the skin that gives a soft powdery makeup look. Great for oily or aging skin types or those with little of their own natural hair. Results can be customized to be soft and lightly saturated or to more of a solid, defined look. This eyebrow treatment typically lasts longer than microblading at 2-5 years.
OMBRE BROWS
Similar to powder brows, but in a gradient fashion - darker at the tails to progressively lighter towards the head of the eyebrow.
COMBO BROWS
Also known as 3D/4D Brows or Hybrid Brows - Incorporates both methods of hair strokes and shading to create the most defined look. Technique can be performed by hand or with a digital machine.
BROW CORRECTION
This technique is applicable for clients that have had prior brow/tattoo pigmentation done (from another artist) and would like a refresh or correction of their shape and/or color. Depending on the saturation of previous work done, some limitations may apply, or removal may be warranted first.
Lash Extensions
Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent fibers that are attached to your natural eyelashes in order to make your lash fringe look longer, fuller, and darker. Individual lash extensions are applied to each of your individual natural eyelashes (one extension per natural eyelash) using a semi-permanent glue.
Lash Lift and Tint
A lash lift-and-tint treatment involves two separate processes, both designed to give you beautiful, fluttery eyelashes for weeks. The lash lift mimics the effect of an eyelash curler. It makes your lashes bend upwards, leaving them looking longer, and your eyes more open and bright. Meanwhile, a lash tint is similar to a brow tint – or applying several coats of mascara. It makes your eyelashes look darker, thicker, and fuller.
Brow Lamination and/or Brow Tint and Shape
Eyebrow lamination is a procedure that focuses on creating shiny, smooth brows. Also sometimes called an “eyebrow perm,” the high-shine effects tend to be sought after by those who may be experiencing thinning or unruly brows. Unlike microblading, needles and coloring are not involved.
An eyebrow tint is a semi-permanent dye that darkens and defines your brow hairs (even those tiny, hard-to-see hairs that you might not even know are there) that can last up to six weeks before fading. The tint shade is completely customized, and once you discuss what you’re looking for with your brow technician, they’ll mix the dye to match your coloring (which usually ends up being the same shade as your natural hair color, or half a shade to a full shade darker). It only takes five to ten minutes for the dye to work, before the technician (or you, at home) wipes it off, leaving you with instantly bolder, fuller-looking brows.
